Lutterworth maintained their place at the top of the Premier League as they beat Market Harborough by 10 wickets.
Harborough won the toss and elected to bat but were bowled out for 104. Darren Cader took two early wickets and Nathan Welham and Wesley Marshall also took two apiece before Charlie Hack claimed the final four wickets of the Harborough innings. For Harborough Scott Howard and Randall Ramdeen both made 25.
Lutterworth then chased their target inside 11 overs as Wesley Marshall smashed 84* and Matt Pickering was also not out with 18.
Uppingham won a good game against Barrow Town. Uppingham batted first and opener Benjamin Farnsworth made exactly 100. He was well-supported by Jamie Dumford (33) and Sam Hodson (38) as Uppingham set the visitors 251 to win.
Barrow was on their way to victory as openers Jack Nightingale (37) and Ramesh Kara (69) added 84 for the first wicket. Uppingham broke the partnership and took regular wickets, Alex Ashwin finished with three and Tom Hynes, Scott Green and Mark Cox all took two wickets each as they bowled Barrow out for 224.
Leicester Ivanhoe returned to winning ways as they bowled out Syston for 237 with Aleem Mahmood top scoring with 45 and George Corbett made 41.
It was a nervy chase for Ivanhoe, opener Joe Kendall top-scored with 52 and Mitch Carey made 42. Mo Pardesi took three for 57 but couldn’t prevent his side falling to a two-wicket defeat.
Kibworth moved up to third as they comfortably beat Loughborough Town. Kibworth batted first and Matt Craven scored his third century in the past three weeks.
Petrus van Biljon was also in the runs as he smashed 121 from just 105 balls (9x4, 5x6). Josh Peel boosted Kibworth’s score even further as he hit a rapid 60 from 39 balls as his side ended their innings on 334 for six, Nil Patel the best bowler for Loughborough taking three for 54.
The Loughborough reply never really got going and wicket-keeper Sam Bates top-scored with 55 at the top of the order. There was an all-Leicestershire contest as Strength and Conditioning Coach Greg Hollins was dismissed by Head of the Under 12s & 15s Dave Whitmore. He and Matt Bashford were the pick of the Kibworth bowlers, both taking three wickets.
Sileby were in fine form as they beat Langtons by nine wickets. Langtons elected to bat but were in trouble at 47 for four. Tejas Babu offered resistance as he made 32, however, his side could only total 133, Ryan Dawson taking four for 35 from his 10 overs and Harry Bates 3-22.
Dave Torr guided the Sileby chase with 61, he was the only wicket to fall, Jake Gillet finishing unbeaten on 45 and Micky Ruddle 15*.
Barkby set Kegworth 211 to win in the final game in the division. Dave Tew top-scored for Barkby with 58 and George Scottorn was in fine form with the ball for Kegworth taking 4-46. Kegworth went about their chase in fine style as Brent Williams saw them over the line with 124* as his side won by eight wickets.
Ateeq Javid took three for 48 for Berkswell and Academy spinner Moh Ahmed claimed three for 25 as their side secured a winning draw.
