Adjournment of Special General Meeting

The Board has been aware of concerns which have been raised by Members in relation to the amendments to the Rules to be proposed at the SGM. It has also taken legal advice about the lack of formal notice accompanying the letter from Paul Haywood of 28 October 2015 convening the SGM.
As a result the Board has decided to adjourn the SGM in order to allow time for further consultation and to take on board Members’ concerns as well as ensuring that the legal formalities of giving notice are complied with. Paul Haywood will be writing to Members shortly.
