An Evening of Queen & Tina Rescheduled

Following the latest Government announcement with a delay to the relaxation of COVID-19 restrictions, Leicestershire County Cricket Club can announce that both An Evening of Queen and An Evening of Tina have been rescheduled to play at the Uptonsteel County Ground, as part of a huge double header event later this summer. All original tickets remain valid.

An Evening of Tina will now take place on Thursday, September 23 with An Evening of Queen being staged the following evening on Friday, September 24.

The rescheduling of a major event is not taken lightly however, the Club’s priority is always the safety of all parties involved in the event including touring crew and performers, the venue staff and of course, all spectators. Following discussions with the show promoter, the joint decision was made to reschedule both events, due to a number of other show dates being amended. The Club have worked closely with the promoters to ensure both events can still take place this summer.

All valid ticket holders have been contacted by the Club through email confirming their options. If any ticket purchasers have not received the email this week or have any queries regarding the rescheduling, then please email events@leicestershireccc.co.uk.

Leicestershire County Cricket Club Event Manager Jack Bradley said: “The Club is extremely excited to still be host venue for both An Evening of Tina and An Evening of Queen, this will be the third year of staging the West End concerts that the Uptonsteel County Ground following the spectacular sold out events of An Evening of ABBA and An Evening of Queen in 2018 and 2019 respectively.

“We look forward to welcoming spectators back for both events to enjoy the unique concert experience at the Uptonsteel County Ground.”
