Bookings are open for Conferences and Events

The Conferences and Events arm of Leicestershire County Cricket Club is readily taking bookings for 2021.

Following a very difficult year where the pandemic hit the events industry, bookings were non-existent for a large part of the past 12 months.

With restrictions easing across the country and businesses and families looking ahead to having more face-to-face events, the team at Leicestershire CCC have seen demand gradually increase.

Particularly dates in October have been very popular, with all four weekends having sold out.

The Club is striving to develop all areas of the business, including attracting new conferences and events customers to the Uptonsteel County Ground.

The team are on-hand to provide an individual, personalised approach to support with delivering bespoke events. Recommendations from Members, Fans, Official Partners are greatly appreciated to support with driving this area of the club.

The launch of the ever popular Christmas Party Nights has also seen a lot of interest with over 20% of the available dates booked already.

The Charles Palmer Suite transforms into the perfect Christmas venue. Relax and unwind with an arrival drink, three course meal, entertainment and DJ with complimentary parking.

Leicestershire CCC Catering Manager, John Stew said: “I’m pleased to see bookings being made for 2021, particularly so later on in the year. Our loyal customers have returned following a break last year and that is hugely valuable for the club.

“We’ve also attracted new customer bookings and welcome any new faces to the Uptonsteel County Ground to host events. Any recommendations from current members or supporters are hugely valuable to the club.”
