Club extends free invitation for over 50s to final game of the season

As the 2021 season comes to a close, the Club are hosting Sussex CCC in the LV= County Championship for the final home game of the season.

For day one of the fixture on Sunday, September 12, the Club would like to invite everyone over the age of 50 for free entry into the Uptonsteel County Ground.

Tickets for the fixture can be claimed in advance for fast-track entry into the ground. Please click HERE

On the day, the new marquee facility at the ground will be open for everyone to experience the new facility and to provide a great opportunity to meet Members of the Club. Tea and coffee will be served on arrival with Danish pastries served between 10am and 12pm.

The Club’s Chair, CEO and Board of Directors will also be in attendance to answer any questions and to provide feedback on plans for the Club for the 2022 season, including membership.

The Club recently hosted their Family Fun Day with huge success as part of their strategy to invite new fans to the Uptonsteel County Ground, and the new '50 Not Out' event is a follow-up as the Club targets a number of different markets.

The Club actively welcome any new Members from across the county to come to the free day to have a taster of the Club and to share the exciting plans for 2022.

We hope to see as many as people at the Uptonsteel County Ground for day one of the fixture against Sussex CCC, as we did on our Family Fun Day event which took place on Bank Holiday Monday as we hosted Kent CCC.
