Leicestershire Foxes fan Derek Foulds was doubly cheerful last Friday after seeing his side defeat Lancashire Lightning in the NatWest T20 Blast and also claiming the winning ticket in the final Friends of Grace Road 50/50 raffle of the summer.
Derek scooped a huge £450 - in what was the biggest prize of the summer - after his ticket was drawn out, and was presented with his cheque by Foxes pair James Sykes and Zak Chappell at the interval of the high-scoring game.
Total winnings for the raffles in 2016 were somewhere in the region of £2,500, a mammoth amount made possible by the hard work of the ticket sellers and the generosity of the fantastic crowds here at the Fischer County Ground.
