Congratulations to Edmonds & Slatter

Edmonds & Slatter Opticians, the official Eyecare providers for Leicestershire County Cricket Club, recently won an honour at the prestigious 2015 Optician Awards in Birmingham.
The Optical Assistant team of Edmonds & Slatter Opticians along with two of the partners, Tim Cole and Saagar Hirani, attended the ceremony.
The independent opticians, with practices in Blaby, Glenfield and Lutterworth had been nominated in the category ‘Optical Assistant Team of the Year’, and proceeded to win the coveted title.
Partner Tim Cole said “The category reflects the importance of the reception and support staff in our practices. You cannot run a successful practice with Optometrists and Dispensing Opticians alone. It shows outstanding teamwork, customer service and the ability to make all our patients feel welcome and cared for.”
Leicestershire County Cricket Club batsman Ned Eckersley said: “We would like to offer our congratulations to Edmonds & Slatter on being named as Optical Assistant Team of the Year, it is a fantastic achievement.
“Edmonds & Slatter have offered us vital help and support and we as a group of players aim to win as much as possible, so to have the backing of an award-winning team is perfect.”
