Date of Annual General Meeting announced

Leicestershire CCC has given notice of a Special General Meeting (SGM) and Annual General Meeting (AGM) and the Notice of SGM and AGM, together with the Club’s Annual Accounts and accompanying documents, were posted to members on Friday, 29 January, 2016.
Both meetings will take place on Wednesday, 24 February, 2016 in the Charles Palmer Suite at the Fischer County Ground, Grace Road. The SGM will start at 7pm and the AGM will follow immediately afterwards.
The Club’s Annual Accounts for the year to 30 September 2015, which show a surplus of £4,315 compared with a deficit in 2014 of £225,153, will be tabled at the AGM. A copy of the Annual Accounts is available as a downloadable PDF HERE
Changes to the Club Rules will be proposed at the AGM. A copy of the Rules incorporating all the changes that are being proposed at the AGM is available as a downloadable PDF below. In those copy Rules, the changes are shown in red and in blue. Wording that is shown in red with a line through it is wording that is being deleted from the Rules by the proposed changes and the blue underlined wording is wording that is being put into the Rules by the proposed changes.
Please be aware that because of the nature of the software and the formatting of the Rules, it appears as if all the definitions used in the Rules as set out in Rule 27 have been deleted and replaced with new definitions. This is not in fact the case – the only definitions being changed are the definitions of the “Acts” and “subsidiary” and one new definition, of “Financial Year” is being inserted.
