Delicious menu for Mother's Day lunch

Are you looking for the perfect place to treat your mum on Mother’s Day? Then why not treat her to one of our delicious three-course luncheons at the Fischer County Ground?
Catering Manager John Stew and his team will look after you for the afternoon of Sunday, March 11 where you can enjoy a delicious meal in the Charles Palmer Suite.
The starter will be tartlet of Scottish salmon, cream cheese and chives or cream of Piccolo tomato and fresh basil soup (V).
This will be followed by a feather blade of English beef, with sage & horseradish mash or mushroom stroganoff with spiced basmati rice (V). The meal will be served with Parisienne potatoes accompanied with a selection of market vegetables.
Dessert will be chocolate fondant pudding and butterscotch sauce followed by coffee and Red Fox chocolate orange.
We hope that you can join us for these events at the Fischer County Ground. Our Mother’s Day lunch sold out in 2017 - so please book early to avoid disappointment.
