Floodlight testing - October 4 & 5

Leicestershire County Cricket Club would like to inform residents of two dates of further floodlight testing.
Abacus Lighting, the company that installed the floodlights, is returning to the Fischer County Ground to fit louvres to further improve the direction of the lighting.
This will have a great benefit to residents in the long term as by installing the louvres and redirecting certain bulbs, the club will then have the optimum solution for its floodlights.
However, in the short term, in order for accurate testing to take place, the floodlights will need to be switched on during Tuesday, October 4 and Wednesday, October 5.
These dates may be subject to change, depending on weather conditions. Testing of lux levels will then be taken on the outfield and in surrounding streets of the Fischer County Ground. We will endeavour to complete evening testing before 10pm if not sooner.
The club would like to take this opportunity to thank residents for their understanding and apologise for any inconvenience that the testing will cause.
