Foxes Family Fun Day

Leicestershire County Cricket Club is excited to be holding our ever popular Family Fun Day on Saturday, May 4, during our Royal London One-Day Cup fixture against Northamptonshire Steelbacks, all tickets are just £1!

Matchday Activities

There will be an array of family entertainment on throughout the ground including music and a wide range of fun activities between 11am and 4pm. The Foxes Den, ran by our professional coaching staff, will be open for kids to try out and learn new cricket skills. Visit the bouncy castle, face painting and arts and crafts stalls, exotic animal display plus much more!

Autographs

There will be opportunities throughout the day and post-match to get player autographs and you can purchase one of our signature bats for just £5 from any one of our retail outlets.

Interval Activities

During the 45-minute innings interval, weather permitting, you’ll be able to make your way on to our hallowed turf, with a bat and ball and have a bit of cricketing fun! Look out for Charlie Fox who will also be on the pitch meeting his fans.

Food & Drink

The Meet Café & Bar will be serving hot and cold food throughout the day including vegetarian options and the ice-cream shop located on the ground floor of The Meet will be open throughout the afternoon. There will also be hot grilled food available outside the lawn outside the Bennett Bar.

For a more formal meal option, our popular Charles Palmer Restaurant will be serving lunch throughout the afternoon. The menu options change daily and are cooked using a majority of freshly procured local ingredients.

Adults can dine for £18.95 for a delicious three-course lunch with coffee and red fox mints (two course option for £16.95) and it is strongly advised to book in advance as our Restaurant fills quickly.  Please note that child portions are available at £9.50 for three courses and £8.50 for two courses.

Mini Beer Festival

There will be a mini beer festival throughout the day from the Charles Palmer Suite Bar. The following cask beers will be available including:

Ringwood Circadian IPA 4.5abv

Remaining tickets on the day of the game can be purchased on the gates and will also be £1.
