Foxes Memberships are on the rise

The Running Foxes enter 2022 with encouraging news regarding their Membership numbers ahead of the new season.

The newly restructured Membership offerings, that consist of Club Memberships, Club Plus Memberships, Blast Pass Memberships, David Gower Executive Suite Members, Associate Members, and our new three-tiered Junior Memberships have seen membership numbers increase by 184% in comparison to this time in 2019.

Following the challenges of the past two seasons, the Members’ backing has provided a huge boost to the whole club.

Commercial Manager of Consumer Sales, Chris Tinbergen spoke on the encouraging Membership sales. He said: “It was a key aim of ours to reach a specific target of Memberships sold before the turn of the New Year and it is great to have surpassed that figure.
“To receive so much support after the difficulties of the past two seasons never ceases to amaze us here at the Club and we look forward to playing in front of some blockbuster crowds next season.”

The increase in Memberships is in part due to the work in conjunction with Mark Barber & Andy Hibberd of the LCCC in the Community team, who have teamed up with the Leicestershire Youth League, to improve links between the Club and the next generation of cricketers playing across the County. All up and coming cricketers are being invited to join the Clubs Junior Membership Scheme.

With the sales to date equaling half of the target set out earlier in the year, the Running Foxes are set to reach their objective as the Club looks forward to an exciting season.
