Friends of Grace Road update

Leicestershire County Cricket Club is pleased to announce that we will again be supporting Macmillan Cancer Support this year.
The Friends of Grace Road are supporting the annual Macmillan coffee morning by providing their delicious homemade cakes.
The event is being held on Friday, September 23 in the Fox Bar from 9.30am until 12 noon alongside the fourth day of the Specsavers County Championship game against Glamorgan.
Everybody is welcome, including Members and supporters who are coming along to the match.
* The second Annual FoGR Quiz will be held on Friday, November 25 in the Charles Palmer Suite at the Fischer County Ground.
There is an exciting new format in 2016 of general knowledge quiz with questions to suit all ages and interests.
Teams of up to four people are welcome to participate and the cost of entry is £20 per team, including a hot buffet. Spectators are also welcome to attend with admission set at £1.
Quiz teams will include LCCC Players & Coaches, LCCC Staff, FoGR Volunteers, Leicestershire Cricket Society & local sports clubs.
The bar is open from 6.30pm and the quiz starts at 7.15pm with all proceeds going to the Friends of Grace Road.

* During the final Specsavers County Championship game of the season against Glamorgan, you will be able to purchase your 2016 Christmas cards.
The lovely cards feature a brand new design by Leicestershire CCC Charlie Fox member Alice Day and can be purchased upstairs in the Meet or at club reception.
The FoGR will again offer a full range of homemade cakes, teas & coffees from 2pm to 4pm on each of the first three days of match.
