ICC Women's World Cup 2017

Grace Road plays host to seven ICC Women’s World Cup 2017 fixtures, including the highly-anticipated game between England and Pakistan on Tuesday, June 27.

We are pleased to announce tickets for the ICC Women’s World Cup can now be purchased from the club for any of the seven group stage matches being played at Grace Road. 

As a Member of Leicestershire CCC, you can receive 50% off the general admission price, which means adult tickets cost just £5. 

The ICC Nissan Trophy Tour recently visited Leicester, including visits to local clubs Kibworth CC and Leicester Caribbean CC. England all-rounder Jenny Gunn had been in Kibworth for a girls softball tournament in the morning while Foxes batsman Aadil Ali popped in to meet children who love cricket at Leicester Caribbean CC later in the day.

It also travelled to Grace Road for the third day of the Specsavers County Championship game between Leicestershire and Kent, where Chief Executive Wasim Khan MBE and Club Captain Mark Cosgrove met fans and were pictured with the trophies.

The ICC Nissan Trophy Tour concluded in Leicester city centre with a visit to the Sporting Capital statue on Gallowtree Gate and a special evening at the Town Hall with Leicester City Council. Guests were invited to a Civic Reception with Councillor Piara Singh Clair, Assistant City Mayor for Culture, Leisure and Sport.
