Leicestershire County Cricket Club are pleased to welcome three further businesses to our President’s Club, James Latham, Jelson Homes and M-EC.
The three companies have enjoyed a successful relationship with Leicestershire County Cricket Club as members of our Captain’s Club and have now upgraded their package to join Thorpe’s of Great Glen in our new President’s Club.
Our President’s Club brings together all aspects of Leicestershire County Cricket Club both on and off the field at the Fischer County Ground.
Members will enjoy watching quality cricket in comfortable surroundings, receive advertising and networking opportunities, and be invited to attend exclusive events with our players, coaches and staff.
James Latham began importing hardwoods into Liverpool in 1757 and now have one of their 10 sites in the county. The office is in Wigston and Chris Sutton, a Director of James Latham, has been a Board adviser to Leicestershire County Cricket Club since 2015.
Jelson Homes have been running successfully for over 125 years, like Leicestershire CCC, and both companies provide a great service for families.
M-EC are one of the region’s leading consulting development engineers, providing the full spectrum of professional engineering development services. Managing Director Eddie Mewies has provided help to the club with ground projects in the past.
Leicestershire CCC Commercial Director Jim Overend said: “It’s fantastic to see James Latham, Jelson Homes and M-EC become members of our President’s Club. All three companies have been big supporters of the club in the past, so we’re delighted to welcome them into our new President’s Club.”
