Welcome to our brand new Junior Foxes Den!

Here you'll find lots of activities to download and join in on the fun. This could be our fantastic T-shirt design competition that will be launching next week where you can win an amazing prize or there's some great workout challenges to have a go at. Charlie Fox also needs your help to solve his wordsearch puzzles and his new jigsaw puzzle!

Home Exercise Challenges

The Foxes Strength and Conditioning team have created some fun movement challenges to help you stay active. There are three movement challenges with different levels of difficulty. For those a little older, there are some conditioning practices to get involved with.

Charlie Fox Wordsearch
