LCCC Easter coaching camps

Following on from the fantastic success of our February half-term coaching sessions, Leicestershire CCC are delighted to announce that for the first time in over 5 years we will delivering some more coaching sessions during the Easter Holidays. We have an exciting programme of events that offers a variety of sessions that would be the ideal preparation for the upcoming cricket season. Please see below for more information on what we have on offer this half term:
Monday 11th April 2022 “ 1 to 1 coaching sessions
We will be delivering 1 to 1 coaching sessions on Monday 11th April 2022 with sessions available during the day from 9:00 am until 4:30 pm. Sessions can be booked in 1 hour slots and the cost will be £35.00 per hour.
We have a limited number of spaces available and these will be booked on first come first served basis. To book please email Stephen Franklin HERE with the preferred time that you would like to book.
Tuesday 12th April 2022 (9-13 Year olds) or Tuesday 19th April 2022 (14-17 Year olds) “ Specialist Skill Sessions
The Running Foxes Easter Specialist Skills Sessions are 2 or 3 hour skill sessions for boys and girls focusing on specific areas of the game. The skill sessions we are running will include batting, bowling and a fielding and wicketkeeping session. The batting session will look at both front and back foot play as well as combating spin and will utilise the bowling machines and drills that our professional players use. The bowling session will be for both Seam/pace and spin bowlers and will include video analysis and drills/practices that our professional bowlers use to help them that you can continue to work on away from the sessions. The fielding and wicketkeeping session will look to explore the modern techniques that are now seen around the world. To keep contact time to a maximum there are limited numbers on each session so please book early to avoid disappointment.
All sessions are led by ECB Level 2, 3 and 4 coaches who coach across various programmes for Leicestershire CCC with appearances by Leicestershire CCC squad players dependent on their schedule and Covid regulations.
Dates and times of the sessions are:
Tuesday 12th April 2022 - Batting (9-13 year olds) - 9:00 - 12:00 pm
Tuesday 12th April 2022 - Bowling Seam and Spin (9-13 year olds) - 1:00 - 3:00 pm
Tuesday 12th April 2022 - Fielding and Wicketkeeping (9-13 year olds) - 3:00 - 5:00 pm
Tuesday 19th April 2022 - Batting (14-17 year olds) - 9:00 - 12:00 pm
Tuesday 19th April 2022 - Bowling Seam and Spin (14-17 year olds) - 1:00 - 3:00 pm
Tuesday 19th April 2022 - Fielding and Wicketkeeping (14-17 year olds) - 3:00 - 5:00 pm
Prices for the sessions are: £30.00 per 3 hour session or £20.00 per 2 hour session

Wednesday 13th, Thursday 14th and Friday 15th April 2022 “ Running Foxes Easter Term Camps
The Running Foxes Easter Camps are 1, 2 or 3 day camps for boys and girls of all abilities, aged 7 - 13. The camps will cover all aspects of batting, bowling, fielding and wicket keeping. All sessions are led by ECB Level 2, 3 and 4 coaches who coach across various programmes for Leicestershire CCC with appearances by Leicestershire CCC squad players dependent on their schedule and Covid regulations.
Dates and times of the camp are: Wednesday 13th April, Thursday 14th April and Friday 15th April 2022. U10's (7-10 year olds) will be 9:00 am - 12:00 pm and U13's (11-13 year olds) will be 1:00 - 4:00 pm.
Prices for the camps are: £15.00 for 1 day, £27.50 for 2 days or £35.00 for 3 days.
