LCCC Launch Half Season Memberships

Leicestershire CCC can today (12 July) announce the launch of Half Season Memberships, which will give Running Foxes fans access to 16 days of enthralling cricket at Uptonsteel County Ground across the remainder of the summer.

The Club will be offering up to 100 discounted Memberships, sold on a first-come, first-served basis, with prices placed at £75 for adults, £65 for seniors and £35 for young adults (16-22).

The offer forms the latest commitment from the Club to continue to make cricket affordable in the current financial climate, building on the success of the £10 ticket initiative introduced for this season’s Vitality Blast.

Half Season Memberships will work out at a bargain £4.69 per day for adults, £4.06 for seniors and just £2.19 for young adults.

Memberships will grant entry to the Club’s three remaining home LV = Insurance County Championship fixtures, as well as the four hotly anticipated Royal London One-Day Cup matches.

The Running Foxes ended their T20 campaign with three successive home wins, roared on by a fervent crowd at Grace Road, and will be hoping for similar support as they aim to replicate such white-ball form in this summer’s 50-over competition.

Fixtures for August’s One-Day Cup include the visit of Warwickshire (Sunday 14), which is to be marked by the return of the ever-popular ‘Family Fun Day’, while the following weekend sees the launch of the Club’s inaugural ‘Ladies Day’ during the match against East Midlands rivals Nottinghamshire (Saturday 20).

Half Season Members will have instant access to red-ball cricket at Uptonsteel County Ground too. The Running Foxes host Glamorgan next week (Wednesday 20 July), before concluding their County Championship home campaign in September with back-to-back four-day matches against Durham (Monday 12 September) and Middlesex (Tuesday 20 September).
