Leicestershire County Cricket Club invites applications for an exciting opportunity to become a Sport Psychologist at the club.
The role of a Running Foxes Sport Psychologist includes providing a robust psychological programme to enhance performance and fulfil the potential of LCCC’s professional and academy staff.
A Sport Psychologist also aims to work to enhance the culture of LCCC in terms of upholding the club values and behaviours and strive to achieve the objectives of the Sports Science and Medicine department.
Working closely in collaboration with the coaching, Sports Science, and Medicine teams, the Sports Psychologist at Leicestershire CCC will aim to provide strategies in which players will be able to develop their psychology needs within day-to-day training, enhance player performances and fulfil their potential, through a variety of group education and 1:1 sessions, amongst other responsibilities.
