Leicestershire Cricket Society - Isabelle Duncan

The Leicestershire Cricket Society welcomes cricketer and author Isabelle Duncan to Grace Road for the second meeting of the 2015-16 winter programme on Thursday, October 22.
Isabelle, who has been at Grace Road as part of the BBC’s live commentary team this season, wrote ‘Skirting the Boundary: A History of Women’s cricket.’
Isabelle is also a leading cricketer and qualified coach as well as being a member of the main committee at MCC. She sits on the board of Girls on the Front Foot at Chance to Shine, a programme that aims to give girls the same opportunity as boys to play cricket at schools, clubs and in the community.
The meeting starts at 7.30pm and new members and visitors are very welcome to attend. Annual membership represents great value at £20 or you can pay a £5 entry fee for each speaker on the night.
