Liberty SIPP to sponsor Harry Dearden

Leicestershire CCC are pleased to announce that up-and-coming batsman Harry Dearden will be sponsored by Liberty SIPP for the 2017 season.
The left-hander made a big impression when coming into Leicestershire’s First XI at the end of the 2016 campaign, including taking the winning catch in the thrilling success over Glamorgan.
Liberty SIPP are situated in Bury, Greater Manchester, where Harry was born and grew up learning the game before signing his first professional contract at Leicestershire CCC.
Dearden said: “It’s great that John and the team at Liberty SIPP have shown faith in me ahead of the new season. Signing a professional contract was a dream come true and I’m now looking forward to having a full season with the Foxes.”
Liberty were established in the autumn of 2007 by Ian Currie and John Fox who having previously worked within financial services and the SIPP world, saw an opportunity to create a Pension company that would provide a practical and simple alternative in the market.
John, Managing Director of Liberty SIPP, said: “We jumped at the opportunity to sponsor Harry, he’s a great lad and is destined to succeed. We know how hard he has worked to get this chance with Leicestershire and we’re certain that his enthusiasm and dedication to his craft will ensure that he becomes an integral member of the team.”
