Maurice Letts

Leicestershire County Cricket Club is saddened to hear of the passing of Maurice Letts.
Maurice was a Life Member of Leicestershire County Cricket Club and worked at the Fischer County Ground, Grace Road in a number of different capacities.
He officiated in a number of Leicestershire Second XI games as an umpire and also helped to operate the electronic scoreboard at the ground.
Maurice was well-known in cricketing circles in Leicestershire having had a long association with Clarendon Park Cricket Club as a player and official.
A funeral service for Maurice will be held at Christchurch Clarendon Park, 105A Clarendon Park Road, LE2 3AH at 11.15am on Tuesday, March 8.
