Members' Christmas Lunch

Leicestershire County Cricket Club is holding the ever-popular Members’ Christmas lunch in the Charles Palmer Suite on Sunday, December 13.
You will be treated to a glass of yule punch upon arrival before a delicious three-course festive meal is served. That will be followed by freshly brewed coffee, warm mince pies and mints.
Carols will be sung throughout the lunch with our resident pianist Rod Bond while our Christmas raffle will also be drawn on the day.
The top prize is £200 cash and there are also a host of great sporting prizes on offer including two test match tickets for England v Pakistan at Emirates Old Trafford next summer, an LCCC Membership, a pair of Foxes NatWest T20 Blast season tickets, and a pair of tickets for a fixture at Leicester City, Leicester Tigers and Leicester Riders.
The Christmas menu is as follows:
Opening partnership:
Cream of leek and potato soup with herb croutons.
Middle Order:
Roast Norfolk turkey, chestnut forcemeat, chipolata and bacon with cranberry sauce, roast potatoes, roast parsnips and Brussel sprouts.
Tail ender:
Flamed Christmas pudding with brandy sauce.
Yule punch will be served at 12 noon, lunch is to be served at 12.30pm and the raffle will be drawn at 2.30pm.
