New Official Partnership Sparks into Life

Leicestershire County Cricket Club have sealed yet another new official partnership for the 2022 season as Vale Electrics join the Running Foxes.

Having already announced ten renewals for upcoming campaign, alongside two new official partnerships, it is encouraging to see that there is appetite for company’s to continue to get involved with Leicestershire following a difficult past 18 months.

The agreement will further the existing relationship between the Club and company which sees Vale Electric partner with Leicestershire CCC for the first time, having provided their electrical services to the Club in recent times.

Vale Electrics have over 37 years of experience within the industry and have a specialist knowledge within the commercial, industrial and domestic electrical sectors.

Rob Lyon, Director at Vale Electrics spoke on the new partnership. He said: “Vale Electrics have worked with Leicestershire County Cricket Club, providing the highest quality service for their electrical needs at the Uptonsteel County Ground for a number of years.

“To formalise the relationship through an official partnership is a welcome change and we look forward to working with the Running Foxes throughout 2022.”


Leicestershire CCC Commercial Manager, Tracey Branson commented: “Having already announced a number of renewals for 2022, we are delighted to bring Vale Electrics on board as our first new official partnership for 2022.

“The Club and company have done business for years and years and to further that relationship in the form of an official partnership will greatly benefit both parties.

“We look forward to hosting Rob [Lyon] and the team next season.”
