Operational update from LCCC 2

In line with Government guidance, Leicestershire County Cricket Club continues to implement a number of operational changes in response to the global coronavirus health crisis.

The club has reduced its staffing levels on site to minimal levels at The Fischer County Ground and furloughed the majority of staff to support efforts to protect the health and wellbeing of employees and supporters during this difficult period.

We will endeavour to keep our Members and supporters updated with any developments on our social media platforms, the official website www.leicestershireccc.co.uk and via social media channels and email.

Main Reception/Ticket Office

The Main Reception/Ticket Office remains closed to all visitors, however fans can still use https://ticketing-lccc.crmporium.com/ to purchase Membership and Tickets.

For urgent enquiries, you can call 07487 766099, Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm.

For general enquiries, please contact our Ticket Office team via email on enquiries@leicestershireccc.co.uk. Please note that there will be no staff on site, so there will be a delay in the delivery of your purchase.

 

Merchandise

The club’s merchandise outlets remain closed but you can still shop online at https://www.leicestershireccc.co.uk/shop/index.html. Leicestershire CCC and Surridge Sport are currently working on a new webshop that will see orders able to be fulfilled away from the ground.
