Refund Policy - Nottinghamshire Outlaws

As there was no play in the game against Nottinghamshire Outlaws because of adverse weather conditions, ticket purchasers may claim a cash refund (less an Admin fee of £1 per ticket) or exchange your ticket for another ticket that will admit you to a Royal London One Day Cup group game in 2015 or a NatWest T20 Blast group game in 2016.
CLAIM:
Cash refunds/ticket exchanges can be claimed from 9am on Monday, July 27th, 2015.
To claim a cash refund or to exchange a ticket either:
- Send your ticket, together with your name and address to: Ticket Office, County Ground, Grace Road, LE2 8AD before Friday, August 7th , 2015.
- Alternatively bring your ticket to the ticket office during normal office hours (9am–5pm) between Monday to Friday on a non-matchday to claim a cash refund or to swap your ticket for an alternative game.
- You can also call our ticket office on 0116 245 2401 during normal office hours (9am–5pm) between Monday to Friday to claim a cash refund or to swap your ticket for an alternative game.
NO EXCHANGES WILL BE MADE UNLESS TICKETS ARE RETURNED, PROOF OF PURCHASE ALONE IS NOT SUFFICIENT. IN NO OTHER CIRCUMSTANCES CAN TICKETS BE EXCHANGED.
