Refund Policy/Ticket Exchange - Nottinghamshire Outlaws
Tue 12 Jul 2016
Tue 12 Jul 2016

Due to terrible weather, tonight’s game against Notts Outlaws was unfortunately abandoned at the Fischer County Ground.
We have taken steps to ensure that ticket purchasers, Premium Members and Season Ticket Holders will not miss out on cricket as a result of the abandonment.
Ticket holders for the Notts Outlaws game can either exchange their ticket for any remaining game in the 2016 season or claim a full refund (minus a £1 administration fee per booking).
If you want to come to one of our remaining fixtures, including Friday night’s NatWest T20 Blast fixture against 2015 winners Lancashire Lightning, please bring along tonight’s match ticket to the gate and you will be able to gain admission.
If you are a Premium Member or a NatWest T20 Blast/One-Day Season Ticket Holder, as a gesture of goodwill, the club would like to offer one free ticket per Membership Card/Season Ticket for another game of your choice during the 2016 season.
This offer, or a refund for ticket purchasers from the game, can be claimed by calling 0116 283 2128 or coming in to main reception.
Please note that as part of our Refund Policy we are not able to process refunds this evening. Ticket holders have 14 days from Wednesday, July 13 to claim their refund.
