Refund Policy/Ticket Exchange - Worcestershire Rapids
Fri 17 Jun 2016
Fri 17 Jun 2016

Due to recent unseasonal weather, tonight’s game against Worcestershire Rapids has unfortunately been abandoned at the Fischer County Ground.
We have taken steps to ensure that Ticket Purchasers, Members and Season Ticket Holders will not miss out on cricket as a result of today’s abandonment.
Ticket holders for the Worcestershire Rapids game can either exchange their tickets for another game of NatWest T20 Blast this season, including next Friday’s game against Birmingham Bears (Friday, June 24), or claim a full refund (minus a £1 administration fee per ticket).
If you are a Premium Member or a NatWest T20 Blast/One-Day Season Ticket Holder, as a gesture of goodwill, the club would like to offer one free ticket per Membership Card/Season Ticket for another game of your choice during the 2016 season.
As part of our Refund Policy we are not able to process exchanges/refunds on the day of a scheduled game. Please note that ticket holders therefore have 14 days from Monday, June 20 to complete your exchange/refund.
To claim either of these offers please call 0116 283 2128 or come to main reception with your ticket for the Worcestershire game/Membership Card/Season Ticket.
Ticket purchasers can alternatively send your Worcestershire ticket, together with your name and address, to: Ticket Office, Fischer County Ground, Grace Road, Leicester LE2 8EB.
Our ticket office will be closed over the weekend, and we are hosting the England Women’s ODI on Monday. We can therefore process exchanges/refunds over the phone from 9am on Monday and the gates for the game will open at 12.30pm.
* We ran a number of competitions ahead of the game too, if you were a lucky winner, please email foxes@leicestershireccc.co.uk and we’ll swap your tickets for another fixture.
