Hot on the heels of the recent partnership announcement with the Fan Experience Company, Leicester-based architectural firm, IMA Architects, have drawn up plans to become the latest official partner of Leicestershire County Cricket Club ahead of the 2022 campaign.
IMA Architects, one of the UK’s leading Architectural companies, is the second business to sign up as one of the Running Foxes’ Official Partners.
Upon renewing their agreement from the 2021 season, Managing Director of IMA Architects, Ian McCann, said: “It’s clear to be seen that Leicestershire County Cricket Club is progressing in not only becoming a great venue, but also an excellent business hub where likeminded organisations can meet against the backdrop of the different formats of cricket.
“We of course are pleased to be part of the group of companies who are willing to back our county’s cricket team and look forward to working with them to progress even further.â€
The Club introduced the Official Partnership Programme ahead
of the 2021 season to allow organisations to become an official partner of the
Club and utilise the sport of cricket as a vehicle to meet commercial
objectives.
Tracey Branson, Commercial Manager at LCCC explained further: “Our unique Partnership Programme is a way for businesses to create bespoke commercial and marketing programmes to hit their objectives which could include increasing profile, driving sales, utilising hospitality or corporate social responsibility to name just a few.
“Our process is simple, we meet with the business, discuss objectives and then create something to suit all parties. It is very easy and encourages our partners to be even more successful.â€.
Over the next few weeks, the Club will reveal a number of other partners who will be backing the Club whilst also only limiting the scheme to 50 Official Partners. As part of the programme, businesses will get company branding on the recently introduced Partner Drive at the Uptonsteel County Ground but also invites to exclusive events including a series planned this winter that is intended to share best working practices.
