Leicestershire County Cricket Club and StanceBeam continue their official partnership

Running Foxes on strike with StanceBeam and continue their official partnership in to its second season following an impressive first year.

StanceBeam came on board at the Uptonsteel County Ground ahead of the 2021 campaign, in a collaboration that allowed the Running Foxes to utilise their state-of-the-art technology which provided unrivalled insight and analytics into a batter’s performance.

During the 2021 campaign, the Running Foxes recorded a total of 41 new personal bests with the bat throughout the course of the LV= County Championship, Royal London Cup and Vitality Blast campaigns, with 20 centuries being recorded “ providing tangible improvements amongst the squad for all to see.

The batting Honours Boards in Leicestershire have required consistent updating during the 2021 season - in all formats - for the first time in recent years at the Uptonsteel County Ground, with Marcus Harris’ 185 versus Middlesex CCC, Lewis Hill’s 108 versus Yorkshire Vikings and Josh Inglis’ unbelievable 118* versus Worcestershire Rapids opitimising the batting performances.

Head Coach of Leicestershire County Cricket Club, Paul Nixon commented: “The use of StanceBeam’s technology - including the StanceBeam Striker - has really benefitted our performances at the crease.
