Sharjeel Khan has moved to a career-high in the ICC ODI rankings after some superb performances for Pakistan in Australia.
Leicestershire Foxes' 2017 NatWest T20 Blast overseas signing posted three consecutive half-centuries, including a latest score of 79 off just 69 balls.
Sharjeel also smashed 74 off 47 deliveries in the fourth ODI after registering 50 in the previous game.
As a result, Sharjeel has moved up 35 places to 53rd in the ICC rankings with a rating of 537 following the recent series, the best of his career so far. Sharjeel is in the top 50 rated T20 players in the world, currently sitting at 47th in the chart.
The dynamic opener is joining the Foxes for NatWest T20 Blast in 2017 and will be available for all games, including the seven group fixtures at the Fischer County Ground.
