Spectator Checklist from 19/7/2021

Following the easing of restrictions related to Covid-19 from Monday 19 July, the club can released an updated spectator checklist.

Spectators are encouraged to read the full checklist before they arrive to the Uptonsteel County Ground. 

Summary of Changes 

As a club and a business, the easing of restrictions is a welcome change as the matchday experience can be much more like what members and fans are used to, when visiting the Uptonsteel County Ground.

We all have an individual responsibility to respect others as everyone’s personal circumstances are different.

As a summary, the Club has identified the main changes to the matchday experience that will come into effect from Monday 19 July.

-         Entry and Exit through either the Milligan Road or Curzon Road gates

-         Spectators are free to sit in any available stand

-      Spectators are free to walk around the ground, excluding the PMOA (Players, Match Officials Area)

-      Some stands will remain closed

-         Social distancing is encouraged

-      Spectators are encouraged to wear face masks in indoor or crowded areas

-         Refreshments will be available within the ground

-         Completely cashless ground with all bars operating with contactless payments

-         Re-entry is permitted through either gate

 

Key Points

ARRIVAL

Plan your journey to allow extra time. There will be additional checks on arrival, so please give yourself sufficient time for your journey.

Entry is by Ticket or Membership Card only.

Supporters may enter the ground through the Milligan Road or Curzon Road entrances.  

Hospitality guests may enter via either the Milligan Road or Curzon Road entrances.

For any spectators who are parking on-site, entry is through Curzon Road only.

 

SEATING

Supporters may choose where they would like to sit around the ground within either the Pavilion Stand, Melton Building Society Family Stand, Gallagher Stand or the Uptonsteel Stand.

 

CAR PARKING

Car Parking passes have been allocated to Members who have purchased a Car Park pass for 2021.

Please respect our neighbours in the area and park appropriately or find alternative travel.

Entry to the ground for spectators with a car park pass is through Curzon Road.

 

CASHLESS

The Uptonsteel County Ground is now cashless. Therefore, if you are looking to make any purchases within the ground please bring a debit or credit card with you to make payment. 

 

SAFETY

Spectators are encouraged to wear face coverings when in crowded and/or indoor spaces.

Hand sanitiser stations will remain in place for spectators to use.

The club will maintain the current cleaning regime of public areas and touchpoints to support with keeping fans safe.

 

BAR FACILITIES

Refreshment facilities will be available to spectators, but in a limited fashion.
