Leicestershire County Cricket Club is pleased to announce a sponsorship arrangement with local restaurant Spice Bazzar ahead of the 2016 campaign.
Spice Bazzar have come on board with the club to sponsor three Foxes players including new white ball captain Mark Pettini and overseas stars Umar Akmal and Rilee Rossouw.
All three players are renowned for big hitting, particularly in NatWest T20 Blast, where the award-winning Welford Road restaurant will be bringing a wonderful taste of India to the Fischer County Ground.
Spice Bazzar’s mouthwatering dishes will be available at our NatWest T20 Blast home fixtures including hot lamb, chicken & vegetable dosas and freshly made meat & vegetarian samosas.
Leicestershire CCC Catering Manager John Stew said: “I am delighted to be working in partnership with Spice Bazzar, to help diversify the range of foods available at T20. It is important to me to cater to the needs of our supporters who come from all parts of the Leicestershire community.
“As a customer for a number of years I suggested a staff meal at Spice Bazzar, and can highly recommend the Welford Road restaurant as a perfect venue to enjoy an evening out. Our players are also planning a trip, so it’s good to be working together with Abdul Giash and his team this summer.”
* The club has a small number of players still available to sponsor for the 2016 season. For all player sponsorship opportunities please call Corporate Sales Manager Tracey Branson on 0116 245 2464 or email traceybranson@leicestershireccc.co.uk
