The Foxes Development Programme 2019/20

The Expression of Interest form is now live for Leicestershire County Cricket Club’s 2019/20 Foxes Development Programme.

The Foxes Development Programme is designed to offer boys across Leicestershire and Rutland 18-weeks of coaching to help fulfil their individual potential by offering a winter programme that complements their club cricket.

The Programme is structured at three clear levels:

- Bronze, Silver and Gold

The Programme involves weekly hard ball cricket sessions at training centres across the county at all three levels for U11, U13 and U15 age groups. There will also be an U18 group.

The development programme runs for 18 weeks across the winter from November – March.

Aims of the Foxes Development Programme:

• Graded coaching at Gold, Silver & Bronze levels throughout the county providing coaching to young cricketers of all abilities throughout the winter

• To identify and develop the most talented young cricketers in the county

• To help young players, whether at Gold, Silver or Bronze level, to become better cricketers and to help them to perform better in Club, School or representative matches by having set targets based on Key Performance Indicators deemed appropriate for each age group

• To provide all young players that show potential in Leicestershire & Rutland with the opportunity to progress by providing a clear structure at each level.
