The Melton Continues Partnership with LCCC

The Melton Building Society will sponsor the Leicestershire Women and Girls team as part of its renewal of being an Official Partner of Leicestershire County Cricket Club in 2022.

The Melton, which is proud to play a key part in supporting local communities, will also continue to sponsor the Leicestershire CCC Academy and the Family Stand at the Uptonsteel County Ground.

“Leicestershire County Cricket Club is a top, family-orientated club which perfectly complements our core values. We are committed to investing in our communities and in particular supporting grassroots sports for children and young people,” said Simon Taylor, Chief Executive of the Melton.

“As an Official Partner of the Academy we hope to engage with our young members to inspire them to get involved with the excitement of watching and playing cricket. We offer high quality financial services and support to our members and the communities we serve, and the partnership is a good fit with those core values.”

The Melton are a key sponsor in the Leicestershire pathways and Leicestershire CCC Chief Executive Sean Jarvis is delighted to see it continue.
