Ticketing Update 22/06/2021

Following last week’s Government announcement regarding the continuation of restrictions, Leicestershire County Cricket Club have again been forced to update their ticketing arrangements to align with the latest guidelines.

The below article provides information for all Members and Blast Pass Purchasers as well as other spectators to the Uptonsteel County Ground for the remainder of the season.

Vitality Blast Pass Holders

All Vitality Blast Pass Holders will be sent a card this week, ahead of Friday’s fixture against Yorkshire Vikings.

The card will guarantee entry to the remaining four T20 Vitality Blast matches held at the Uptonsteel County Ground this season.

All Blast Pass Holders must ensure they bring their card with them for each fixture as this will be scanned at the turnstiles.

An accompanying letter will be posted with the card which provides more detailed information. The card replaces the use of individual tickets which were previously used for the first three T20 Vitality Blast matches.

Club Members + T20 and David Gower Members
If you have purchased a Club+T20 or David Gower Membership for the 2021 season, you will also be sent a card which will allow you access to all of the remaining domestic cricket fixtures, including the T20 Vitality Blast matches, Royal London Cup and remaining LV= County Championship fixtures.

Simply take the card to each day's play and it will grant you access to the Uptonsteel County Ground this season. An accompanying letter will be posted with the card which provides more detailed information. The card replaces the use of individual tickets which were previously used for the first three T20 Vitality Blast matches.

Club Members

If you have purchased a Club Membership for the 2021 season, you will be sent a card in due course, which will allow you access to the Royal London Cup and remaining LV= County Championship fixtures.

Simply take the card to each day's play and it will grant you access to the Uptonsteel County Ground this season. An accompanying letter will be posted with the card which provides more detailed information. The card replaces the use of individual tickets which were previously used for the first three T20 Vitality Blast matches.

Vitality Blast Individual Ticket Purchasers

Unfortunately, due to the restrictions imposed on capacity until July 19 at the earliest, only Blast Pass Holders will be guaranteed tickets for the remaining T20 Vitality Blast games this season.

Supporters who had purchased tickets for Friday’s fixture against Yorkshire Vikings received an email from the Club yesterday that states, unfortunately, their tickets could no longer be authorised. Those supporters received an option to either request a refund, or exchange the tickets for the Royal London One Day Cup campaign, which begins in July.

If you have not received an email from the Club, please email membership@leicestershireccc.co.uk to inform the Club.

Supporters who have purchased tickets for the remaining T20 games against Northamptonshire Steelbacks, Notts Outlaws and Worcestershire Rapids will receive further communication before the end of the week regarding their tickets.

The Club would once again like to thank supporters for their patience, co-operation and understanding during this challenging period.
