2025 Memberships To Include Both Men and Women’s Fixtures

2025 Memberships are set to include more Leicestershire Women’s matches than ever, after the Club was granted Tier Two status for the 2025-2028 seasons.

The Foxes Women have increased the frequency of their fixtures at Uptonsteel County Ground in the past three years, maintaining their 100% record at Grace Road with wins over Northamptonshire and Nottinghamshire earlier this summer.

The award of Tier Two status is set to enhance the side’s fixture calendar, with the Foxes’ home ground to play host to Stephen Franklin’s side for both 50-over and T20 fixtures, as well as the newly proposed ‘FA Cup style’ knockout competition featuring counties from all three tiers.

As part of 2025’s offering, Club Memberships will incorporate the increased range of Women’s matches, as well as Leicestershire Men’s games in the Vitality County Championship, Metro Bank One Day Cup, and Vitality Blast.

Leicestershire Women have enjoyed great success in recent seasons. The team topped their County 50-over group this summer, and lifted silverware in both the 2023 East of England Championship and 2022 Vitality County T20 Finals.

Similarly, Leicestershire Men were crowned Metro Bank One Day Cup champions last summer, and are primed to defend their title, as well as push for promotion to Division One of the County Championship, in the climax of the 2024 campaign.

Ahead of an exciting end to the season for both sides, the Club is set to announce its pricing and place its new 2025 Memberships on sale from Thursday 29 August.
