Recruitment

Leicestershire County Cricket Club is always looking for people who can contribute to the club's overall ethos, work and aims. We welcome applications from people who share a passion for cricket, sport and community, and we encourage candidates to apply if they feel they meet the requirements of the role.

Current Opportunities

When vacancies are advertised, each role is based on a clear job and person specification. Applications should be submitted by the method and deadline shown in the advert. If you have not heard back within four weeks of the closing date, you may assume your application has been unsuccessful.

How to Apply

Please send your CV and any supporting documents to the contact named in the vacancy advert. For some roles, a covering letter or portfolio may also be required. Recruitment queries are commonly directed to Sharron Hunter, HR & Governance Manager.

Equal Opportunities

The club is committed to equal consideration in employment and to removing unlawful or unfair discrimination on the grounds of gender, race, disability, colour, ethnic and national origin, nationality, sexuality, marital status, responsibility for dependents, religion, trade union activity and age. The aim is for the workforce to reflect the composition of the city's population, with active and positive steps taken to promote equality in employment.

Safer Recruitment

Where roles involve work with children, young people or adults at risk, recruitment follows safer recruitment guidelines. References may be sought on offer, and background checks may be required depending on the role.

Community and Inclusion

The club and Foundation also state that they actively encourage applications from people from diverse backgrounds, particularly those who reflect the communities they work in.
