Club Confirms 2024 Pre-Season Schedule

Leicestershire will take on Leeds/Bradford UCCE before
travelling to Warwickshire as part of their 2024 season preparations.
The Foxes are set to kick off their pre-season schedule by hosting Leeds/Bradford UCCE for a three-day friendly beginning on Monday, 18 March, before making the trip to Birmingham the following week.
Alfonso Thomas’ side will feature in two simultaneous warm-up matches in the West Midlands, with two three-day fixtures (starting Tuesday, 26 March) taking place at Edgbaston and Edgbaston Community Sports Ground respectively.
The First XI fixture at Edgbaston is due to be played behind closed doors, while the Second XI game at Portland Road will be open to the public, with temporary seating available.
Similarly, the meeting against Leeds/Bradford UCCE at Uptonsteel County Ground will be played behind closed doors “ although the Club endeavours to stream the action via Foxes TV.

Leicestershire begin their 2024 campaign away at Yorkshire on Thursday, 5 April.
