Club SGM: 10th July 2023

To All Members

 Notice of re-convened Special General Meeting to be held at 5.30pm on 10th July 2023 in the Charles Palmer Suite at Uptonsteel County Ground, Grace Road, Leicester LE2 8EB 

Unfortunately, the Special General Meeting convened for 12th June to deal with changes to the Rules of the Club, notice of which was sent to all Members, had to be adjourned because insufficient Members were present to satisfy the quorum requirements for the Meeting to be held.

As a result, a new date for the SGM has been set for Monday 10th July at 5.30pm in the Charles Palmer Suite at the Uptonsteel County Ground. All paperwork will be as previously posted and as is available on the Club’s website.

If you sent in a completed Proxy Form, then that will be valid for the re-convened SGM but you cannot now complete and send one in. To be clear, you can attend and would be very welcome, even if you sent in a Proxy Form for the original meeting.
