Leicestershire County Cricket Club welcomes the publication of today’s (Tuesday, 27 June) Independent Commission for Equity in Cricket (ICEC) report.
LCCC is grateful for the ICEC’s hard work across the last two and a half years to highlight inequalities in our game and identify areas we can target to make the sport the most inclusive it can be.
Over the course of the next few days, we intend to read and digest the report, along with its findings, and we will publish a more thorough statement in due course.
Leicestershire County Cricket Club is committed to ensuring that cricket is a game for everyone. There is no place for discrimination in our community “ and we must all play our part in ensuring it is eradicated without delay.
