Fox1 Team | Club Launches New Supporter Feedback Group

Leicestershire County Cricket Club has today announced the creation of the Fox1 Team, a new Members-led panel which aims to enhance matchday experience, club facilities, and overall Member satisfaction.

Providing a fresh bridge between Club and Members, the initiative will offer a platform for supporters from diverse backgrounds to contribute directly to the growth and development of off-field matters at Uptonsteel County Ground.

The Fox1 Team will meet a minimum of four times per year, working closely with the Club’s commercial and marketing teams to discuss key areas for improvement, including food offerings, matchday experience, ticketing initiatives, accessibility, and other services provided by the Club.

Comprising up to 10 individuals, the group will be selected to represent various pillars of the Club. To ensure the Fox1 Team is best represented, the Club is encouraging Members from all backgrounds to apply to be on its inaugural panel.

The Fox1 Team will also act as a conduit for the wider membership base, ensuring a consistent stream of feedback and evaluation across every aspect of Leicestershire’s offering to its Members, complementing regular Members’ Forums and other supporter engagement activities.

John Williams, Commercial Director, commented on the launch: "Whilst we continue to have Members' Forums throughout the year, we now want to create a working party of Members that accurately represents and addresses the wishes of our current Membership.

“The Fox1 Team will not only help us better understand our Members' needs but also play a key role in helping the Club grow. We’re looking for individuals who are truly committed to bettering Leicestershire and can work with us to drive the business forward."

Applications to join the Fox1 Team are open until 31 October, and successful Members will be notified by 14 November.
