Fox1 Team Holds Inaugural Meeting

Fox1 Team, the Club’s new Members-led panel, enjoyed a successful first meeting on Wednesday evening.

The initiative “ acting as a bridge between Club and supporters - brought together a team of 16 Members from diverse backgrounds, united by a shared commitment to helping the Club advance its operation in all pillars at Uptonsteel County Ground.

During the first meeting, the Fox1 Team engaged in extensive discussions on several important topics, including Club Communication, Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI), and Catering.

The collaborative conversation set the tone for future meetings, with the group set to meet every six weeks to exchange further feedback and implement its innovative ideas.

Diane Gane, Head of Events at Leicestershire CCC, who attended on behalf of the Club, praised the success of the meeting, stating:

"It was a really successful evening. Each Member offered some thought-provoking discussion, which was a great first step in steering the mutual growth we encourage between the Club and its Members."

The meeting marked the beginning of an exciting new chapter for Leicestershire CCC, underscoring its commitment to inclusivity, open dialogue, and continuous improvement.
