Australian batter Marcus Harris will remain with Leicestershire for a further two Vitality County Championship rounds.
The 31-year-old will provide further cover for South African all-rounder Wiaan Mulder, who is set to travel to the West Indies as part of the Proteas’ ICC Men’s T20 World Cup preparations.
Overseas opener Harris has scored 333 runs at an average of 66.6 since his return to Uptonsteel County Ground, including a mammoth knock of 214 away at Derbyshire last month.

Mulder will travel to the Caribbean for a training camp and three T20Is against the West Indies - concluding on 28 May - before returning to Leicester for the Foxes’ Vitality Blast campaign which starts on 31 May against Yorkshire Vikings.
