Leicestershire County Cricket would like to provide an important update regarding the review it has undertaken of the Club’s Rules, and the arrangements for the 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Review of the Club’s Rules
The Club has recently completed a review of its Rules and we are proposing to make various amendments to them as a result. These amendments will be put to members at the AGM. More detail is contained in the letter from the Chair which accompanies the AGM pack being sent out to members soon. The revised Rules, along with the full details of the changes are now available on the Governance page on the Club’s website.
We encourage all supporters and members to familiarise themselves with the changes. You can access the updated documents here: https://leicestershireccc.co.uk/club/governance
To support members’ understanding of the proposed changes, we are also providing a “redline†version of the Rules on the website. This shows all additions, removals, and amendments that the Club is proposing to make to the existing Rules, which will help members easily compare the updated Rules with the existing Rules.
Notice of the 2026 Annual General Meeting
We are pleased to confirm that the 2026 AGM will take place on Thursday, 19 March at 7:00pm.
Formal AGM papers, including a letter from the Chair, the Annual Report and Accounts and supporting documents will shortly be circulated to all members. The AGM Notice will also be uploaded to the Club website.
