Leicestershire CCC Agree Two-Year Partnership Extension With Wastelines Services

Leicestershire County Cricket Club will once again be backed by Wasteline Services Group after the popular local business agreed a sponsorship extension until the end of the 2025 season.

The Leicester-based drain repairs and maintenance specialists, whose base is a stone’s throw away from Uptonsteel County Ground, will see their logo adorn the back of the Foxes’ Vitality Blast shirts for a fourth consecutive season.

A long-standing supporter of LCCC, Wasteline will also continue as the official player sponsor for destructive batsman Louis Kimber, who was an ever-present in Leicestershire’s Metro Bank One Day Cup winning side in 2023.

Commenting on the new agreement, Leicestershire CCC CEO Sean Jarvis said: “Wasteline are a proven loyal partner of LCCC, supporting both our cricket operation and our corporate functions.

“As a Club, we take great pride in our rich history as a three-time T20 winning team. The hard work towards winning a fourth title next summer is already underway, and Wasteline’s unwavering support is a great early boost to our preparation.”

Sally Simpson, Managing Director at Wasteline Services Group, said: “Leicestershire County Cricket Club holds a special place in our hearts and our involvement with the Club has been an immeasurable boost to Wasteline as a business.

“Our relationship has proven a winning combination so far and we look forward to another two successful seasons in both cricket and business.”
