Leicestershire CCC’s Commercial Team Sends a Unique ‘Season’s Greetings’ Card to Kick Off Cricket Season

Leicestershire County Cricket Club’s (CCC) Commercial team is taking an innovative and unique approach to engaging with local businesses this year by sending out ‘Season’s Greetings’ cards - not for Christmas, but for the start of the 2025 cricket season.

Designed to spark excitement and encourage corporate engagement, the cards highlight the upcoming season at Uptonsteel County Ground, with a special focus on hospitality and ticket opportunities. The first home fixture is set for Friday, 11th April, against Derbyshire.

Charlie Bannister, Head of Sales and Marketing at Leicestershire CCC, explained the inspiration behind the initiative:

"We wanted to do something a little different to engage with businesses in our community. And sending a Christmas type card in March is certainly different.  Hopefully, they will see this card as a bit of fun and then look to book some corporate entertainment at the Club."
