There’s just 24 hours left to vote for your Leicestershire CCC Player of the Year for the 2024 season.
As we reach the closing stages of another special year of cricket at Uptonsteel County Ground, you can now crown the Foxes star you believe shone brighter than anyone else this summer.
Peter Handscomb is one of the leading candidates, having scored 1,662 runs and six centuries across all formats. Scott Currie, who has picked up 47 wickets this term is also a contender, as is Rishi Patel “ who again passed the 1,000 run mark, including a record-equalling T20 hundred against Northants.
The winner will be announced as Fans' Player of the Year at the Club’s annual End of Season Awards Dinner on 24 September, one of the most prestigious honours available on the night.
