Nobody who ever gave their best regretted it. 

Dave joined the Club during the 2012 season where he started on a part-time basis working with a variety of age groups.

Dave's contract was then made permanent in 2017 where he began to look after the 12-14 age group. During the summer of 2018, Dave took on the EPP Head Coach role.

In March 2023, Dave earned his ECB Level 4 Specialist Coach qualification, the highest available qualification. He primarily works as U14’s and U15’s lead seam bowling coach, but also helps with First and Second Team duties.

Previous to joining the Foxes, he earned himself a first-class Honours Degree from Leeds Metropolitan University where he studied Physical Education, while he holds previous junior coaching experience from his time working in both primary and secondary schools.

Dave has a wealth of knowledge within the cricketing world, coming up through the County Age Groups Programme himself and has played at Narborough and Littlethorpe CC. He now plies his trade at Kibworth, where he has been for the past seven seasons as a bowling all-rounder.
